1 Mold cleaning will be applied to any moldy tapes or film reels found in an order.
2 Files can be delivered on either USB Drives or Optical Discs (depending on the type of media). Customers can also provide their own USB media at no extra cost.
3 Any videotape with a running time under 3 hours will be billed at the posted price. For any videotapes that run for 3 hours, a $5 overtime fee is added. Every subsequent hour of runtime will incur a fee of $5/hour.
4 Data transfer refers to obtaining files from a working device. Data recovery refers to obtaining data from a device that is broken, corrupted, or non-functional. Devices include desktop PCs, laptops, smartphones, cameras, and hard drives. Billing is per device.
